TUTORIAL: 4TH OF JULY RIBBON WREATH (THE SURBURAN MOM; JEN)

If you gobbled up lots of red, white and blue ribbon the week after the 4th last year, you're all set.  If not, no worries, the stores are filled with those ribbons now.  You have to admit, this is one quicky wreath.
