TUTORIAL: FLOWER WREATH (VIOLET COTTAGE; CARRIE)

I know the title of the tut is for a Valentine wreath, but there's nothing in the Book Of Rules that says you HAVE to use Valentine colors.  So, use whatever colors you want for this nifty wreath.

Nothing says spring better than a flower wreath...it just keeps blooming and bloming, day after day.  This tut includes templates for the flowers, so if you don't have a slug of flower punches (or dies), you're still good to go.
