If you have a wedding in the future, this might be the perfect gift for the parents of the bride. The season will dictate the fern and floral used, and the memories will never end.

RECYCLE: PATTERN TISSUE WREATH (ANNE KATA)

IF you happen to have an old 45 vinyl record stuck in a box, you're set to go.  If saving old records isn't your thing, go to a crafts store that sells cake decorating stuff (Michaels is one such store) and get a cake round (a round, cardboard thingy cake decorators put under cake layers).  Cut out a center hole, and you're set to go.  IF you're fresh out of old dress patterns, colored (or white) wrapping tissue works...probably best to get the type that the color is permanent so it won't be affected by moisture.  This is really a neat wreath...especially the cost (pennies, pennies, pennies!)

Click RECYCLE (above) and get to wreathing.

RECYCLE: VHS TAPE HALLOWEEN WREATH (WHITE HOUSE, BLAKC SHUTTERS; CASSITY)

You read it right...VHS tape is the main ingredient for this incredibly clever (and stylish) wreath.  Cassity shows several options, and I'm sure you'll think up more.

Click RECYCLE (above) dig out those old tapes and go to town.

RECYCLE: PAPER LEAVES WREATH (ALISA BURKE)

This wreath costs pennies...literally!  Not too often can you claim that something cost pennies, especially a creation as pretty as this one.  Gotta love it!

RECYCLE: LACE HALLOWEEN WREATH (CRAFTILY EVER AFTER; JESSICA)

If your grandma (mother, aunt, sister...) doesn't have a slightly discolored lace jacket hanging in her closet, head to the closest thrift store for the major supply in this wreath.  Easy, quick, inexpensive, and so very good looking...the perfect creation.

TUTORIAL: HALLOWEEN CANDY WREATH (CRAFT O MANIAC; JEN)

Here's another wreath for Scary Night...but this one is used only in the house. Best tip in the tut...create it either after the kiddos are in bed or at school. Also best to select candies you aren't crazy about (no Peanut Butter Cups?).

Click TUTORIAL (above) and get going.

TUTORIAL: HALLOWEEN WREATH (SUSTAINABLY CHIC DESIGNS; MICHELLE GROTH)

Time to start thinking about what'll be on that front door to celebrate Halloween. This might do the trick...it'll certainly be a treat for anyone coming to visit (I know...too stupid to be funny). Honors for the low cost go to the Dollar Store.

VIDEO: FELT FLOWERS (THE SCRAP SHOPPE BLOG; MICHELE)

Since the cut edges of felt never ravel, these flowers are created in a snap. You'll love the three types of floral beauties included in the video. The link for the wreath tut is in the first paragraph.

TUTORIAL: KNIT BUNNY WREATH (COFFEE AND CREAM)

I'm not trying to lead you down the garden path here, the original intent of this wreath was to create a wreath of catnip 'holders.' But there's no rules that says the bunnies can't be used independently (with or without catnip) or as a wreath or centerpiece (definitely without catnip). With Easter rapidly approaching, I was in need of a bunny something...problem solved!

Click TUTORIAL (above) grab some needles and yarn and do it.

TUTORIAL: EGG WREATH (LIVING WITH LINDSAY)

This is one snazzy looking wreath. Don't know if you'll find quail eggs in your area...Google 'blown quail eggs' to find on-line vendors. If all else fails, white plastic eggs from a crafts store could be 'splotted' with browns, greys and beige for a basket of faux quail eggs.

Click TUTORIAL (above), and become an wreath maker!
