RECYCLE: FAMILY WALL HANGING (THE GUNNY SACK; TONIA)

It's so great to find a use for those tattered frames that are stacked in a closet.  Can't imagine a better one than this...either as a keeper or giver.

TUTORIAL: BUTTON MONOGRAM (AMERICAN CRAFTS; JEN JOCKISCH)

I really like this.  In addition to buttons, there's a slug of supplies that would be suitable (think recycled costume jewerly).  Think of all the framing options.  Great fun., any old way you want to do it.

RECYCLE: WALL FLOWERS (MICHELE MADE ME; MICHELE)

Soon as you see these, you're going to think of all sorts of ways to use them.  I'm thinking mobiles, wall art, tree ornaments, embellishements (gift packaging, cards, layouts), jewelry (pins, earrings), hair ornaments.  How about you?  What you use them for will determine the type and color paper, and the size of the curcle.  Then there's fabric...more options.

TUTORIAL: FAMILY TREE (A GIRL & HER GLUE GUN; KIMBO WEST)

This is one nifty piece of wall art; I can't imagine anyone not being impressed by it.  Click TUTORIAL (above) to see it and see how to do it.

I do have one suggestion: if you use leaves as a temporary embellishment (snowflakes in the winter, tree buds in the spring, butterflies in the summer?), attach the embellishments to the wall with Scotch Poster Tape.  This tape is repositionable and intended for items that will be removed from a surface.
