TUTORIAL: FAUX PORCELAIN FLOWERS (INK ON MY FINGERS; HELS SHERIDAN)
This really should be labeled PICTUTORIAL...you won't believe the array of outstanding pictures Hels included in this tut. No way you won't know exactly when or why to do what is necessary to create these flowers. Don't you just love a terrific tut?
