No more plain-jane napkins rings! These charmers will bring a bit of class to every meal. Although burlap is used to wrap the ring, those of us who are allergy to burlap can substitute with the fabric of our choice. Another substitute...PVC pipe cut into sections for the rings as suggested by Jen.
