One of the downers of this paperless society we now 'enjoy' is that paperweights are no longer found on each and every desk. I love them...especially those that look as though they originally were intended for a desk in victorian times.
Click TUTORIAL (above) so you can see how to create one of those golden oldies. Even a desk that doesn't have paper stacked hither and yon needs a bit of pretty.
