Wahoo! Everything I needed to know in one place. Good heavens... what a lifesaver! Great find, Nancy! Many thanks for discovering and sharing. I will always-always-always love my old Red clunker because I don't ever need to know "recipes," but it's a fact that the BK does allow you to accomplish some pretty cool things...wide things, too, which sure comes in handy.
