Here's another super-duper Instructables tutorial. fungus amungus (!) based this tutorial on an original design of Masahiro Chatani; the template and pictures are excellent and eliminate any hassles. If you don't have a colored printer, leave the graphic on the screen as a guide so you can use colored pencils to outline the cut lines.
