TUTORIAL: SUBWAY ART (PIECED PASTIMES; SUZANNE)

Don't ask me why it's called Subway Art...my guess is cause it's similar to the framed posters seen in subway cars and stations. Only a guess. Whatever it's called, this inexpensive, easily created wall deco fits all sorts of needs. Kind of nice being able to select exactly the words, phrase, saying or motto you want.
