Hey! Who said the only candy that deserves a wrap-around is a candy bar? Whatever you call these twisted sisters (in my neck of the woods, they're NOT not called RedVines), the results will be the same. You gotta admit, that wrap adds a certain amount of class to a twisted stick of candy...
