RECYCLE: WREATH FROM TIES (GOOD HOUSEKEEPING)

Another great use for those ties that are too wide or too narrow or too long or too short.  Don't wanna stitch...grab your hot glue gun.  No hot glue gun...use a Styrofoam wreath and use staright pins to secure the ties on the wreath.
