TUTORIAL/VIDEO: TREAT BOX (SPLIT COAST STAMPERS; MARIA BELL)

Wonder what it takes to turn a treat box into an Easter box (basket)?  I'll let you decide....but I think this cutie would be a terrific candidate for the challenge.
