TUTORIAL: CREPE PAPER FLOWERS (COLORS ARE BLUSH AND BASHFUL)

Thanks goodness crepe paper is returning..  At one time, it was the ONLY supply anyone would consider for DIY flowers.  Kind of nice when the old stuff becomes new once again.
