TUTORIAL: PEEL AND STICK WALL DECALS (BRANDY'S CRAFTS; BRANDY)

This technique is one simple and inexpensive solution to vinyl wall decor.  No die cutting machine is neccesary, although you can use one if you wish.  Aren't  'do-it-easy' techniques grand?
