TUTORIAL: USING ROTARY CUTTERS FOR FABRIC AND PAPER (CHASING COTTON; BEC)

I was a quilter long before I got hooked on this paper stuff, so it's no surprise that my quilting tools were the first things I grabbed for paper.  Nothing is handier (or easier to use) from that assortment of fabric tools with paper than my rotary cutters and rulers.  Quick, accurate to a fault, and easy to store add to the assets provided by rotaries.  Check out this tut to see what I'm talking about...and don't forget, what works for fabric  usually works for (and with) paper.
