TUTORIAL: ROSETTE WREATH ( CRAFT-E-CORNER; ABBEY)

Here's a great way to use up those odds and ends and bits and pieces of decorater paper.  Either fold the paper strips as noted in the link provided in this tut, or score those fold lines with a scor board.
