TUTORIAL: FLOWER WREATH (VIOLET COTTAGE; CARRIE)

I know the title of the tut is for a Valentine wreath, but there's nothing in the Book Of Rules that says you HAVE to use Valentine colors.  So, use whatever colors you want for this nifty wreath.
