TUTORIAL: RIBBON MOBILE (HUDSON AND CO.; ERIN)
Guess this also would qualify as a RECYCLE item...new ribbons, old ribbons, used ribbons (or a combination of them) all work for this low-cost mobile. If you're fresh out of embroidery hoops, a metal macrame hoop will do the job too.
