TUTORIAL: POM POM WREATH (CRAFTS UNLEASHED; ANNE)

Remember...what once was will become new again!  These wreaths were THE THING in the 70s.  Kind of fun that they've gotten back to the top of the gotta-do list again.  Either use new yarn or dig into that bag of leftovers.
