TUTORIAL: HALLOWEEN WREATH (FAVE CRAFTS; SHELLEY)

Don't fret, this wreath can be whipped up in a snap, and it will be front and center on the door before the little scaries get there.  The bow making techniques detailed in the tut are excellent...and those bows will look good however they're used.
