TUTORIAL: BAT WINGS COSTUME (MY POPPET; CINTIA)

If you're still pondering which costume to wear for Scary Night...consider the ever-scary bat.  These wings, a black shirt, leggings, knit cap, and a bit of make-up will handle everything.  Although the tut is written for kiddos, there's no reason that non-kiddos can't have fun too.
