LAYOUTS: USING PAPER STRIPS (GET IT SCRAPPED; DORIS SANDERS)

Granted, these techniques are intended for layouts...but there's nothing in the Book of Rules that says the same techniques can't be used for cards.  Or any paper creation.  And...if you're fresh out of paper, but have fabric up the yazoo...use fabric strips.  Why not?
