TUTORIAL: QUICKIE DECOUPAGE NECKLACE (CRAFT STYLISH; LINDA PERMANN)
Don't know why this fun is directed to kids...although, I guess the age of the kid could range from 6 to 96. Whatever age, this is one neat way to create necklaces and earrings.
