TUTORIAL: FELT FLOWER (GROSGRAIN FABULOUS; KATHLEEN)
It doesn't get any faster or easier than this...these flowers truly are as quick as can be. Cute on shoes, dresses (use a pinback), belts, cards, layouts...even walls! If your die cutting machine handles felt, that's the way to go.
