TUTORIAL: CIRCLE FLOWERS CARD (CRAFTY MAKES; KIM DARROW)

Using a circle template is clever as can be (and you'll love the price!).  To cut those circles nicely, remember to rotate the paper as you cut around the marked line...keep the tips of those scissors pointed directly in front of you. No more fretting cause you don't have circle punches and/or dies.  Looks like another tut worthy of the Cleverness Award.
