TUTORIALS: PARCHMENT PAPER FLOWERS (TAPUZ)

These flowers are made from parchment (cooking variety) paper that is found in the wax paper/foil section of the grocery store. The roll is packaged in a box like waz paper. If your grocery store doesn't stock it, check the Wilton display at Michaels. It'll either be on a roll or in cut sheets.

Click TUTORIALS (above) to get the nitty gritty.

BTW: don't limit parchment paper to flower making. This stuff has more uses than sliced bread. It's a non-stick surface that is also highly heat resistant (great substitute for a Craft Sheet). You can even use it to cover velvet when impressing the image of a stamp into the velvet. It's fantastic stuff and one of the absolute-have-to-have supplies in my craft room.
