TUTORIAL: PAPER POM POMS (MARTHA STEWART)

Here's a fun decoration...plan ahead cause it does take a bit of time to do the folding, but the cost is low, low, low. Best to use non-bleeding tissue paper...nothing worse than color dripping pom poms.  If the only tissue you have on hand is the type that bleeds, place the tissue between two sheets of wax paper and press (med. heat iron) til the wax is melted.  The melted wax will prevent the color from bleeding.
