I've got a slug of calendar templates already listed (type calendar in the Search space at the top left of this page, then click Search Blog to bring them up), but I don't think a template for a collapsible one is included in any of those. Big advantage of this type is the 'mail-ability.' You don't need to use either a box or padded envelope to mail it, which keeps postage costs low.
Click TEMPLATE (above) to open the Victorine Originals site. Click Patterns in the Menu Bar; click 3-D Templates; scroll down to Collapsible Calendar. After checking out the calendar, take some time to roam through the many other terrific (and useful) templates Victorine has provided for us on her site.
