RECYCLE/LEFTOVERS: TORN FABRIC STRIPS WREATH (THE ART OF HOMEMAKING; MEGAN)

I suppose you could either buy fabric to tear into strips or use cut pieces of ribbon for this wreath,  but using up those fabric odds 'n ends that were stuck away for 'safe' keeping sounds like a deal to me.  Guess the only solution is to create one of each...
