TUTORIAL: FRAYED FABRIC FLOWER (CUT OUT + KEEP; MAIZE HUTTON)

I'm calling this the Super Speedy, Super Easy Flower.  Most fabrics can be torn in the strips (test tear your fabric), which will produce more frays along the edge.  The stitch along the edge can be either hand or machine (basting stitch).  It's USPS Friendly, provided you don't use a clunky button in the center (substitute with a circle of fabric, small beads that are glued, etc.).
