Hmmm...different these are! Either stitches or hot glue can be used to form the flower. If you don't like the color of the teeth of the zipper, color them with a solvent-based marker (Copic, Sharpie, etc.) .

Here's the frustration-buster for Cricut owners. Seems there's no instruction for installing the blade assembly, but thanks to Jacki, installing that cranky little thing no longer requires a primal scream or two.

Speedy coasters to make for the whoopla. Fresh out of cork coasters...not to worry, there's always chipboard. No fancy napkins...stamp on white wrapping tissue that has been cut in the size of the coasters; proceed as for napkins.

TUTORIAL: CRICUT FAUX NESTIES (PAPER SCISSORS, INC)
If you're a Cricut owner, you'll be delighted to see this money saving tut.
If you don't own a Cricut (I'm one), the same method can be used with shapes cut with steel dies in either a manual or electric die cut machine.
Rather than chip board, I cut shapes from Scratch Art Scratch Foam,
( http://paperfriendly.blogspot.com/2007/07/make-it-easy_14.html), but the Foam may be too thick to be used with Cricut.
